Waste Not Wood Products
Waste Not Wood Products is a small company located in northern Michigan with ambitions to transform raw wood into products that can be used and appreciated. Even the smallest pieces of wood (scraps that industrial consumers often leave to rot) can be made into something useful, and Waste Not Wood Products has made it their motto to collect and repurpose as much ‘to-be-wasted’ wood as possible.

Simple ideas, effective results
The challenge with this project was to bring a simple idea to life in a way that was both memorable and approachable. As such, the logo and branding materials follow a geometric design system. A simple cut in the letter ‘W’ creates a hidden ‘N’ and reflects the most basic act of wood manipulation—cutting.
The website itself is primarily a place for newcomers to understand the brand and see the innovation of its customers. The homepage gives customers a voice to share their work and inspire others to be creative with wood.
